Hospital Services Coordinators

PNTB’s hospital services coordinators specialize in working with hospital teams to ensure collaboration between the donation agencies and hospital staff for organ and tissue donation. They provide donation-specific education to staff as well as assist in developing donation policies and strategic plans specific to individual hospital’s referral rate and donor activity. Hospital services coordinators focused goals include increasing hospital donation consent rates to greater than 75 percent, and ensuring hospital referral rates of 100 percent for all imminent deaths.
